March is a terrific time of year here in Maryland, we transition from the winter sports season to the spring sports season. March across the country is know for "March Madness", here in Maryland it is no different as the CAA Men's and Women's Basketball Championships return to Baltimore City and Prince George's County respectively. Over the next few weeks, Maryland plays host to numerous outdoor sporting events in sports such as lacrosse, soccer, softball, baseball and much, much more. Whether it is under roof or out in the open air - Maryland is Here To Play!

Frostbite Series Underway...
With cold temperatures predicted to stay at least five more weeks here in Maryland, the Annapolis Yacht Club sets sail to carry on the second half of thier 2014-2015 Frostbite Series. Frostbite racing, or Frostbiting, is another term for sailing in the winter and as "America's Sailing Capital", sailing enthusiasts are not about to let a little cold weather keep them from their boats.
