Dear Friends and Colleagues registered for the Salt Lake Parliament:
We are so excited about the continuous opportunities that are unfolding as we progress towards the Parliament. We encourage you to share the information in this letter with others and encourage them to register, submit program proposals, attend the Women’s Assembly and share our enthusiasm.
- Click here to view the initial program schedule where you can see the variety of times for workshops, when His Holiness the Dalai Lama is speaking and other special events. The program includes daily Langar- so all will enjoy the hospitality of the Sikh community and meet new people over lunch!
- The Women’s Assembly will take place all day Thursday, October 15th, and will be filled with special opportunities for women. It is free, but you do need to register for it and arrive on October 14th so you can participate in all of it. Click here for the full information.
- The last day for submitting program proposals is March 15th. And the Early Bird registration rate of $325 ending on March 31st will increase to $425 on April 1st. Encourage your family and friends to register now.
- Exhibit Booths are available in good locations. This is a wonderful way to help your organization get more exposure at the Parliament. Securing a booth includes 2 registrations!
- We are grateful to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for donating the use of the LDS Tabernacle for our Sacred Music Event on Sunday Night. It is a beautiful and historic building, very close to the Salt Palace.
- Plan a pre-parliament event in your community or organization. It is a great way to build enthusiasm and wider reach for the Parliament. Click here for information and assistance.
