New England Dyslexia Solutions is teaming up with InventiveLabs and Seacoast Dyslexia to provide the community with the unique opportunity of viewing the award-winning documentary, Dislecksia: The Movie - showing for the first time in the Seacoast/North Shore area!
The film, which chronicles the life of dyslexic film producer Harvey Hubbell V and other famous and highly successful dyslexics, aims to shine light on the inherent gifts and talents that accompany Dyslexia and to change public perception of Dyslexia as a learning difference rather than a disability. If you're dyslexic, you're in GOOD COMPANY...
If you, a loved one, or your students have struggled with Dyslexia, please join us for this empowering film that recognizes both the realities and THE GIFTS of Dyslexia.
This screening is open to the public, but pre-registration is recommended to ensure a seat. Light refreshments will be served from 6:00-6:30 pm and the film will be followed by a discussion and networking with representatives from New England Dyslexia Solutions, InventiveLabs, and Seacoast Dyslexia.
Hosted at InventiveLabs, an exciting new company that provides entrepreneurial programs for "out-of-the-box" thinkers (many of whom have struggled with Dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, and other learning differences), there is free parking available across the street from their beautiful facility at 21 Water Street, 5th Floor, Amesbury, MA.
