Many delegates to the FICPI World Congress may be entitled to CLE or CPD credits for attending the Congress sessions. If you wish to obtain such credits, you should determine the requirements for CLE/CPD credits in your jurisdiction, and bring the necessary documentation to the Congress, where FICPI officers will work with you to complete the credit requirements. If appropriate, you should submit the Congress program to the appropriate officials in your jurisdiction to determine what credits may be available.
Credits for Italian Members
Dr. Francesco Paolo Vatti, Deputy Secretary General of FICPI, has been informed by the ordine dei consulenit in proprietà industriale that Italian members are eligible for 1 CLE credit per session in Cape Town. Italian members should bring to the Congress a certification according to item 4 of the application form. An email message from the Consiglio advised Dr. Vatti as follows:
"In merito al convegno "FICPI World Congress 2015 – Adapt to advance” Le comunichiamo che il Consiglio, a fronte dell’osservanza degli impegni presi con la presentazione della richiesta di accredito, ha accreditato l’evento per 1 credito formativo a sessione con prova, da attribuire alla sezione marchi e/o sezione brevetti.
"Le ricordiamo di provvedere al “certificato” di partecipazione secondo quanto previsto nel modulo di richiesta (punto 4) e di informare inoltre gli iscritti partecipanti che dovranno provvedere personalmente al caricamento dei crediti nella loro pagina personale collegata alla formazione."
