Hi <<First Name(s)>>
Urgent Note re: Credit Card Donations to Family First during February
We depend hugely for our survival on credit card donations made via our website. In fact, 52% of our annual income comes from credit card donations done via our website. These gifts are our lifeblood and enable us to keep speaking up on family issues.
Unfortunately the online donation system malfunctioned due to the upgrading of our website to be user-friendly on smartphones earlier this month, but we've only been made aware of the issue. Aarrgghh!
This means that
if you have made a credit card donation to Family First in the past two weeks, it won't have actually happened. This especially concerns us when many of you may have responded to our email last week regarding the costs of our High Court case coming up.
If you have made a secure online credit card donation in the last fortnight:
* please check your credit card statement. It is unlikely that the gift to Family First will show. (If it is showing, ignore this email!)
* if the payment isn't showing and you never received a receipt from us,
we would be stoked if you could redo the payment. The secure site is now working :-)

If this doesn't apply to you:
* feel free to check out how
easy and secure it is to donate to Family First via our website

Ok - we're being a bit cheeky here. But you'd be most welcome!
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this

Thank you to the many many supporters who have given generously to our legal costs appeal. It has been a great encouragement to us. You have confirmed to us that the welfare of families is an issue worth fighting for!
Kind regards
