Welcome to the Visit Eden e-newsletter
As you will read below, Eden is a hive of activity at the moment. There is a new Eden ale, marmalade galore and a superb local food offer from many of our restaurants, cafes and pubs.
Yes, definitely treat Mum on Mother’s Day, but why not also spoil yourselves with a weekend break, to indulge and enjoy? There's still some snow on the mountain tops which provides wonderful views if you are out walking or cycling in the Eden Valley. The first spring lambs can now been seen in the rolling fields and there are some wonderful carpets of snowdrops in the woods and hedgerows. It won’t be long before the beautiful daffodils grace the shores of Lake Ullswater and the lighter evenings are now very much in evidence. A great time to visit Eden!
Our website will also give you ideas for things to do, local events, where to eat, plus much more!
