- Ms. Leela Pal Chaudhuri, Consultant, Adventum Technology Consulting, will talk on the topic "Crafting a Career - the role of Chance"

About the topic - "4DX Magic of Execution"
4DX is the magical word that gets us to excel in execution.. something that can bring the "startup speed" even in an established organization, and orchestrate the entire behavioural strategy like a breeze!
Matrimony.com is a 4DX org and in product engineering we practice it big time for brilliant results!.
About Speaker:
Ms. S. Saichithra , is currently working as a Chief Portal & Mobile Officer in Matrimony.com. She has a master's degree in computer science from the Bharathidasan University. A University Rank Holder. She heads the technology function for BharatMatrimony division. She has over 14 years of experience in open source platforms, R&D of open source engines / tools and scalability solutions. She is a firm believer of "When we love the job there is no need to have a hobby as hobby and job becomes one and the same.. highly enjoyable!" . Her specialties include: Online Marketing, SEO/SEM/Remarketing/Social media, Open source technologies, product / mobile apps

About the topic - "Crafting a Career - the Role of Chance"
A journey along a chance-created career path, affirming that, for a few of us, our plans are oftentimes in greater hands, and one should keenly listen, for the universe conspires to make it happen!
About Speaker:
Ms. Leela Pal Chaudhuri has a Masters Degree in English Literature and a Diplome (French), with over 20 years combined experience in English Language teaching, Production Coordination, Client Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Communications & Training Management, Employee Engagement, and Voice-overs with well-known organisations. Currently a consultant with Adventum Technology Consulting where she runs recruitment, writes content, organizes training programs, manages eLearning, translation, transcription and communication projects, lends voice for eLearning, corporate projects and anchors events as MC. A dyed-in-the-wool Bengali, food is her first love – for the mind (books, reading, writing, adda, theatre) and for the stomach (savoring the finest, the homeliest and everything-in-between food fare from all over). Married to an un-Bengali techno-commercial-sales-strategy expert husband, Leela is based out of Chennai which she calls her beloved second home – albeit, one she had almost careened away from, caught in a blitzkrieg of a culture shock decades ago!
