This week, in addition to the DO JUSTICE! retreat for GR 9-12 youth, and our prayer station for taking up justice during the church season of Lent, we have the opportunity to be church together as part of a 50th anniversary commemoration of the march from Selma to Birmingham to fight for voters' rights. There is still time to add your name at the sign-up center!
CROSSING BRIDGES: SELMA to MINNEAPOLIS. March with 25 ECLCers this Sunday from 2-4 pm. We'll gather at the State Capitol at 2 pm, march 1/2 mile to Central Presbyterian, and hear speakers on continued racial disparity today.
***During GR 1-5 large-group we'll be working with clay, and an exercise in centering prayer. This exercise is a continuation of last week's "Little Easter" activity. Please help child(ren) enter Rm 100 in silence, promptly at 9:45 am. Parents are encouraged to join us in this exercise for all ages.***
GR 1 - 5 gather in Rm 100 for prayer stones and centering prayer
GR 6 - 8 gather in Rm 112 to engage in Rebuilding Detroit, followed by participating in the "J" is for Justice prayer station, in the sanctuary.

Confirmation groups will not meet, but please join us for soup supper, "station of the cross" prayers, and Taize / Holden Evening Prayer at 6:00 pm. Youth will continue meeting with their mentors, March 11, 18 and 25. Thank you to everyone who made the trip last night to our partner congregation, St. Paul's Lutheran in Minneapolis!
