An illustrated talk by Dr. Connie Arzigian, archaeologist at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and Mississippi Valley Archaeology Center, will discuss how people lived in this area, used the local resources, and how their way of life changed over time.

Nearly 300 people came out in sub-zero weather to hear Dr. John Hawks talk about his cutting edge, internationally renowned research on early human evolution.
