Tech Tips to Move your Nonprofit Forward this Year

Want to learn a few of the best tips in Technology? Bill Badran of BandA Tech Solutions will share with us the latest about choosing Donor Software, Cloud Storage, e-mail marketing, website design/functionality, and more. This session will also highlight the results of a recent survey showing how members rate their Donor Software. All Lunch N' Learns are Free to LNA Members and $15 for Non-Members (no registration limit per organization.) Please note that the location has changed and we will be meeting at City on a Hill.

Succession Planning for Nonprofit Leadership
April 24th Lunch N' Learn

A poor leadership transition can leave an organization in a bad situation for years. Come learn from one of the area's best as Janet DeYoung shares some best practices as well as her own experiences in succession planning. Nonprofits with both the Executive Director and Board Chair in attendance will be entered into a drawing for a special prize!

 New Marketing/Communications Learning Circle Launch on March 18th

 
Our first meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 18th (noon - 1:30pm) at the Herrick District Library. This first gathering will feature a presentation from the Holland Sentinel on how nonprofits can best partner with them to grow their public relations. This will be followed by an opportunity to pose questions to the group regarding your own marketing & communications challenges and gain feedback. This event is free to participate but we ask that you please register so we have an idea of how many to expect. Also, this is a Brown Bag format so please bring your own LunchRegister Here

Did you Know that Bethany Christian Services has Professional Social Work Trainings Every Month?

Every month Bethany Christian Services provides professional trainings on a variety of social service topics. For example, upcoming sessions include family systems, substance abuse, and sensory processing. These trainings are held in the lower level of Macatawa Bank (141 E 8th St. Holland, MI). Upcoming dates/times can be found on the LNA Community Calendar. Social Work Professionals are able to attain CEU's for attending. Contact Lindsay Ebels at Bethany for more information.
