Help plan your neighborhood

Fun, interactive workshops planned

You can have an impact on the quality of life in your neighborhood by ensuring the places and characteristics you love are preserved, and those areas that need improvement become great places in the future.

Join your friends and neighbors at this fun and interactive workshop to explore how to take the big-picture goals of Vision San Marcos, the City’s comprehensive plan, and apply them in your community.

We’ll explore:

  • What kinds of amenities are important?
  • Which places could benefit from future improvements?
  • What would make it easier to get around?
  • Which areas are most important to preserve?
We’ll also share with you what we’ve discovered about your neighborhood’s DNA – those qualities and characteristics that make your area unique.

The workshop will be a great way to get to really know your neighborhood and share your ideas, concerns and desires. Most of all, it's a great way to have a say in your neighborhood’s future. We’ll have refreshments and activities for kids.
