Time for the Big, Muddy Melt
Knuckle Down Farm

New Season, New Members, New Website

Onions to BeLast week, as everything outside started to thaw, I was inside seeding the first vegetables of the year. Thousands of tiny Onions will soon be poking their heads out of the soil along with Parsley, Celery, Celeriac, and Leeks.

Although the garden is too muddy to investigate at the moment, I suspect that the Garlic is already on its way to the surface, and that there might even be some Spinach to look forward to that has been lying dormant under the snow.

To members new this year: Welcome to the Farm! We hope you love your vegetables and farm membership.

For those of you who have emailed to say you are returning, Welcome Back! We're glad you're sticking around.
