Noshers: Oakland's eating and drinking boom continues apace: Chop Bar and Lungomare owner Chris Pastena is about to unveil upscale Mexican restaurant Calavera which will open in The Hive, itself an interesting new spot in Uptown. SF soul-food restaurant Gussie’s Chicken and Waffles is to re-open next to the Paramount Theatre, and the popular Noodle Theory is opening a second location this summer called Noodle Theory Provisions.
