We are really excited to add swimming lessons to our Puppy Classes!
Would you like to teach your puppy to swim?
Would you like to learn how to train your puppy to be confident in the water and eliminate risks in swimming pools?
Not all dogs are confident swimmers and it's such fun if they can join you for a swim.
Water safety for our pets is something that is often overlooked. Backyard pools are a source of fun, but also risk for family pets.
We will be holding Water Wise classes regularly at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon at Aquapaws in Somerville. This is a purpose built indoor facility, designed specifically for conditioning and training dogs. The class will be conducted by Jennifer Wilcox, an accredited and certified Cert IV Delta Behavioural Dog Trainer.
This session for is for pups under six months of age. The first session will be he held at 3pm on Saturday 28 March and will be $35 for the one hour session which will incorporate:
Safety in the water
Swim in the pool
Handling & management of puppies
Training hints & tips
Clicker training advice
