Here are some updates from Ashley.

Hi, there! Hope you are well. I've got a lot going on and wanted to send a little email update to keep you in the loop!

First and most importantly, my debut novel "To Exist" will be out soon, and my nonfiction book "Sick Idiot" is also underway! So please stay tuned for updates. I'm really proud of both of these books and am excited to become a published author.

Also, in addition to being a Beachbody coach and selling Shaekology and other Beachbody programs, I'm also now a distributor for JuicePlus+ and Young Living Essential Oils. In case you didn't know, I'm a certified integrative nutrition coach and a board-certified drugless practitioner on top of being a writer and social media consultant! Through my work with Ultimate You and as Arthritis Ashley, I've been striving to help others make health a priority in their lives.

Also, some of you may know that I'm now a Lifestyle & Wellness columnist for Moves Magazine, and an arthritis reporter for Healthline.com. It'd be great if you could read and share my articles whenever you have the time!
