March 2015

It's hard to believe that March is already upon us. It seems like just yesterday that we were preparing for the All Things New banquet; yet here we are four months removed from that evening. Quite a bit has developed since then, and we want to share with you how the Lord has been working over the past few months.

Location Update

First and foremost, we want to give an update on the future location of our facility. For many months now we have been aggressively pursuing the purchase and development of farmland northeast of Warsaw in order to build a home for the ministry. After multiple delays, the Kosciusko County BZA granted our variance request. We are grateful for that approval, but it appears that God has BETTER plans!
In the days following the zoning approval we received word that the Riverwood Ranch property was for sale. We have been praying for almost two years for God to make this vacant property available for sale. Riverwood Ranch, already used for decades as a residential treatment facility, is located near downtown Warsaw, has multiple buildings on secluded acreage, and would allow us to by-pass the building process while still meeting the many criteria needed for our ministry. The ATN board voted quickly to pursue this opportunity. The negotiation, inspection, and zoning process have already begun in earnest. The county BZA will hear our zoning petition on March 10.
Lord willing, we will be fully operational before the end of 2015. God's timing has certainly kept us guessing, but as we see Him work, we are continually reminded of His promise to "do infinitely more that all we ask or imagine."
 November Banquet

We do want to take this opportunity to say another great big "thank you" to all those who participated in our November banquet. We were blown  away by the community response;  over 300 of you came out in that evening! Our time together was filled with sharing a wonderful meal, stories of testimony showing Christ's life-changing power over addiction, an update on our progress of searching for a location for our facility, and the story of how All Things New began, along with where we believe God is leading in the future.
Moving Forward

Your generous donations, both at the banquet and in the days following, along with the support of our board members and others who have been with us from the beginning, have allowed us to hit the ground running. In the days to come we will outline our future financial needs and goals. Hopefully this will include specific opportunities to participate in relation to the purchase and renovations at Riverwood Ranch along with some details regarding operating expenses.
We're so thankful for your support of All Things New. Your time, prayers, financial gifts, and the words of encouragement you give us are all used by God to advance this ministry. We look forward to the days ahead and thank you for joining with us in the vision to serve women struggling with substance abuse.
In His Service,
Bill Fawley
