MTG staff members have started a campaign to help 16 girls from Kilifi to Moshi so that they can participate in the East Africa Cup in Tanzania. The East Africa Cup brings youth below 16 years together in an sport and cultural exchange. After the 2013 East Africa Cup, MTG player Nelly Jonathan concluded that: “Football can bring change. In the East Africa Cup we are together and learn from each other. We go home and share that peace and understanding among the countries in East Africa is important.”

Support MTG staff members to bring 16 girls from Kilifi to Moshi!
Staff members, MTG United players and volunteers will engage on Saturday 11th April 2015 from 8.00 am in a 10 kilometer long dribble (with a ball!) run through Kilifi town. You can sponsor through Given Gain (online), M-Pesa (mobile

Three months after the East Africa Peace Festival 2014 we look back! It has been a fantastic six day international football for development, peace and cultural event with 78 boys and girls from different East African countries. â€œThe Festival has been enjoyable, peaceful and educative. We learned about HIV, child abuse, violence and football 3.” (Glad’s House, player, female, 13 years). You can read more on our website or download the full report
