Spring into Action
Thank you to everyone who came along last month, another great speaker - Anthony Smith, some new faces and vibrant discussion. I can't believe another month has gone by and we're in Spring now. I hope you all enjoyed the eclipse on Friday 20th, what a lovely way to say Hello to Spring. Its this time of year when we start to think ahead and look forward to light nights and being more active in the good weather and also changing our eating habits. I've just completed a Nutrition qualification and will be adding this knowledge to the list of courses available with LifeMOT in the future. We all know we should eat in moderation and have a balanced diet but sometimes we get stuck in bad habits. Did you know that 90% of us don't eat enough vegetables and 100% of us don't eat 3 ounces of whole-grains every day? So, lets think about competent eating for better long-term health and less chronic illness. More info here

Below our LifeTalk events we have News from LifeMOT CICWe offer one to one or group coaching for businesses in Cornwall and also community workshops. If you work with unemployed people or people living with a health condition you will be interested in our courses.

Logical levels - A powerful way to think about change
Elizabeth Pritchard - When people ask me how I got into ‘all this’, I take ‘all this’ to be my interest in the inner lives of myself and other people. Now with over 30 yrs of experience in NLP: communication, personal development methodologies, business and management skills, Elizabeth is brining Logical Levels a powerful way to think about change by breaking it down into different categories of information. As you begin to think about some change you want to make, you can ask yourself some questions that relate to the different levels:
Environment Behaviour Capabilities Beliefs and Identity Purpose
So, if you’re coming along, please consider a future plan that you might like to explore, a change you are considering making - or just problem that could do with some ‘sorting out’.
The way that we will work is by using the exercise to explore our own topics.
