Helping you lay a solid faith foundation
Do you want to learn some of the basics of following Jesus and understand how to "be the church" on a foundational level?
Throughout the Bible, the idea of a good foundation is supremely important in every person’s life-long relationship with God.
"For no one can lay a foundation other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ." (1 Corinthians 3:11)
Beginning this Sunday, and going through April 19 (no class on Easter Sunday, April 5), you'll learn what it means to have a good foundation of faith.
If you have newly become a Christian, have recommitted your life to Christ, are interested in what Christianity is about or just want to firm up the foundation of what it means to walk with Christ, the Foundations class is for you!
Join us for four weeks of teaching from our staff and lively discussion centered around the foundational truths of walking with God well for a lifetime.
Included topics are:
- how you can be assured of your standing with God
- how to seek God’s guidance in life
- finding joy in your walk with Christ
- much more!
Foundations starts this Sunday, March 22 during the 9:00 a.m. service at Blacksburg Middle School and will meet in the school library.
