Volunteer Edition

Coldest Night of the Year was a huge success again this year. CNOY Headquarters are still tallying up the results of all their locations, but we've been advised that we will be close to $72,000!

Thank you so much to each and every person who walked, donated, volunteered, promoted the event, or helped in any other way. We couldn't do any of this without you!

Meals Served in February:

In January we served 1519 lunches!
That's 80 lunches served per day - down from last month's
87 lunches served per day
(which is likely due to all the -20 days in February!).

On our busiest day in February we served 112 lunches.

Volunteers

We are in need of volunteers for lunch service
on the following days:

Monday, March 30th - 4 volunteers
Tuesday, March 31st - 3 volunteers
Friday, April 3rd - 3 volunteers (GOOD FRIDAY)
Monday, April 6th - 3 volunteers (EASTER MONDAY)

Breakfast

In February, we served 331 breakfasts, with an average of 21 people per day.

Smiles for Life

Whiten your teeth and help The Gathering Place with the Smiles for Life campaign! From March through June, when you whiten your teeth at Callander Bay Dental, 100% of the proceeds are donated to The Gathering Place!

You do not have to be a patient at Callander Bay Dental to participate.

Garden Information Session
