This month I thought I would share with you some of my guest blogs that were published. I hope you enjoy them!

Also, I'm launching my Sugar Challenge - Break Through to a Sugar Free Life.  Be the first on your block to try it!

Be Happy - Be Mindful about Email
Email is a huge stressor for many of us.  I think that being mindful about the process and content of emails can help reduce stress and allow us to be more effective.   MindBodyGreen seemed to agree with me. Then, the Energy Project liked it and reposted it on their Social media - that was cool!

Sugar Challenge
Do you want to feel better, have more energy, and break free from your addiction to sugar?  Perhaps my Elephant Journal Article resonated for you or all of the recent articles about sugar in the press have made you curious.

Consider signing up for my Sugar Challenge - Break Through to a Sugar Free Life.  You will receive a short video followed by a ten day email challenge and an "It's free for the sugar free" consultation with me.   I think this information is so important and the challenge so valuable that I am making it available to my readers for $15 (it's a $95 value).  You will likely save that much in the sugar rich foods that you choose not to buy during the challenge - and after.

Even better, we are offering it through Break Through Academy which means your $15 will be used to help support our sliding scale model for individual clients and for workshops and classes in the community.

Elephant Journal requested a piece on Sugar - specifically around food labeling.  My piece "When Sugar Gets Political" resonated for them.
Elephant Journal also published my piece,  "What's in a Scent?" My prediction is that soon artificial fragrances will be viewed the way cigarette smoking is viewed today.  I'm not the only one talking about this.  I encourage you to read what’s out there and be an informed consumer about the toxins that hide in your products.

Stay tuned for my "Detoxify Your Life" Challenge.
