Dear NDLinkers,
March was a very busy month for us. I'm sure it was the case for many of you as well. For us, we tackled the big and small issues, from celebrating International Women's Day to talking about the importance of water and sanitation for our health on World Water Day; from discussing election day safety tips and monitoring election day activities on March 28th to participating during the Rivers State Governors debate on the 23rd. Thanks to PIND's partner, FFP, we were also able to share recent election violence updates.
Election fever isn't over. There's still the Governors and National Assembly elections on April 11th and our election safety tips still stand. We hope you will share them with your personal and professional networks and insist on being safe at all times, and most importantly shun election violence.
The Presidential election is over and the results announced and shared widely. Below is the final map detailing the breakdown down of votes per state, provided by Fitila Nigeria. Visit their website (or click on the image below) to find more detail per state, as well as compare election results of 2015 against 2011.
Until next month,
NDLink Team
