WHAT CHANNEL ARE YOU LISTENING TO? What is your intuitive guidance telling you?
You are a Being of Energy
Some people have asked me to elaborate on the name of the fundamental Empowerment Process course in this month’s EP Newsletter. The course is called “Following Your Intuitive Guidance for Energetic Transformation.”
Although it’s a mouthful, I keep this name because
-- it recognizes that you are an energetic being, through and through…from the micro cosmos to the macro cosmos. Yes, we are universal beings of energy. Not new to you, I’m sure.
-- it supposes that you are able and willing to recognize your intuitive nature, and also that you are willing to pay attention to that intuition and follow its guidance.
Trusting Yourself
Intuition is not something you learn, it’s something you trust. That trust might take practice!
Intuitive insight comes forward in a non-linear, often illogical and surprising way to fulfill a need at any given time. What you think and feel are the first clues to your inner truth. The “shoulds” that constrict your power to open your heart and mind can be set aside. Your energy in the present time and place is where to put your attention. Allow yourself to receive information even if you don’t yet know why or how it may be useful.
Look at how you react in an honest way to situations. Are you reacting with fear, or responding with compassion and non-judgment? Are you coming from an open heart and mind without trying to fix things? Are you willing to explore “what is?” Listen to your mind, your heart, your body.
The Empowerment Process offers the opportunity to transform difficult and uncomfortable experiences from the past that you still remember and hold in your physiology. You will seemingly magically gain a more comprehensive and understanding and perspective of what has happened so that you’ll no longer resonate with it. By dissolving the attachment to old burdens, you can go forward with confidence and positivity.
As your heart opens to a greater capacity than you can even imagine, you will heal your own suffering. It takes a lot of maturity and courage to do this, but then that is why you are showing up, here and now, to use the Empowerment Process. Although support can come from your friends, your family, your community, even the Divine realm, in the end, it’s your own responsibility.
