Our 2nd annual In-Studio Performance will be May 16, 2015!

Our In-Studio Performance is on Saturday, May 16th.  This newsletter contains important information about the performances and rehearsals.  Please read it carefully!

If you have signed up as a volunteer, THANK YOU!  Miss Jeanne will be in touch with you soon to set up a volunteer schedule.  We still need additional hands, so contact Miss Jeanne ASAP if you would like to help.

Here's what you'll need to know about the performance:
  • Show times are 1:00pm and 5:00pm.  All dancers will perform in both shows, and both shows are identical.  Dancer call times (arrival times) vary by class and will be announced closer to the performance date.
  • Our performance is designed for family members to see what the dancers have been working on this year - tickets will not be sold to the general public.  Since we have VERY limited space in our studio, the first round of ticket sales will be limited to 4 tickets per student.  Please purchase tickets for family members only during the first round.  If you would like to purchase more than 4 tickets, let Miss Jeanne know.  Some students do not need their entire 4 ticket allowance, so those tickets will be re-distributed to families who have more than 4 members.  Tickets will go on sale April 20th and are only available by cash/check from Miss Jeanne.

Dress Rehearsal will take place on Friday, May 15th.  Attendance is mandatory!

To minimize distractions, NO SPECTATORS will be allowed.  We do need volunteers to be inside the room during the rehearsal, so you may volunteer to help with costumes and logistics if you really want to watch!

Class photos are taken at the Dress Rehearsal and will be available for purchase directly from the photographer.

Pre-Ballet and Ballet Basics students should arrive at 3:30pm.

Ballet 1 and Ballet 2 students should arrive at 3:45pm.

The rehearsal will run roughly from 4:00pm-5:00pm.
