Under the Grass Roof is back! Next month we will be hosting music Wednesdays starting at 9pm. 

We kick it off on 4/8 with Bushwick's journeymen and favorite L/G train subway folk artists, Bird Courage. Erik made the news last month by getting harassed and arrested by New York's finest #myNYPD. And anyone that knows Erik knows that he's a thug and danger to society deserves to be locked up for the safety of our community.

Join us for a new season of monthly Ethiopian Vegan cooking classes, presented by Bunna Cafe and hosted by Chef Kedega Srage. Learn how to make 6 delectable dishes from our prized menu, and also learn how to make injera, Ethiopian flatbread, and get an immersion into the culture behind the food and Bunna, Ethiopian coffee. Finally, stick around and celebrate your newfound knowledge and skill with a candlelight dinner.

Next class is Thursday, April 2 at the spacious Fine & Raw Chocolate Factory in Bushwick. Class starts prompty at 7:00 and is BYOB. Recipes and literature will be provided for all guests to supplement the class. Dishes will be announced the week of the class.
