Hi lovely,

How are ya? I hope your week is off to a sweet start!

When I sat down to write to you today, I had an overwhelming urge to just send you a quick reminder. So here it is:

It doesn’t matter if you love your body today or not.

That feeling comes and goes.

What matters is that you take even 30 seconds to connect with yourself -- maybe even see what you need.

You could do it now, even, by taking 3 deep breaths.

This is how you build the bridge back to yourself -- breath by connection by meeting the smallest of needs.

Like everything, with attention, your ability to do this will grow.

And your bridge will lead you back to yourself more and more often. As often as you need.

After all, that’s why you’re building it.

Right there beside you, with a hammer and a nail. Or a yoga pose and a block.
