Brewery Update

New in our Cork & Cage Series: PICEA
Three varieties of evergreen, courtesy of Tait Farm, highlight this Cork and Cage release. Just the tips of Southwest White Pine, Norway Spruce, and Douglas Fir were blended with Meyer lemons, vanilla beans and honey into an ale base consisting of 90% Slab Cabin and 10% Double D. The resulting ale has a thick and creamy head, vanilla and hops on the nose, citrusy pine on the palate, and finishes smooth with a hint of vanilla.
Original Plato: 16.5 ABV: 7.1% 750 ml - In-restaurant consumption only, not available for takeout.

Now on tap: Tripel Ale! A Trappist Tripel style ale. This light colored traditional Tripel is made with Belgian pils, malt, candi sugar and fermented with a Trappist yeast strain. Estery and strong best describes this unique specialty beer.  ABV 7.1%

Just released: New Keewaydin Apple Cherry Cider!! A delicious, sweet-tart cider fermented with cherries - available now in 12-oz. bottles, and to-go 6-packs in our Gift Shop!

Finally, PLEASE RETURN EMPTY KEGS! We need the kegs and you could find a fun use for the deposit money!

Quote of the Day

"Let no one think that real gardening is a bucolic and meditative occupation. It is an insatiable passion, like everything else to which a man gives his heart."
