How do we work together to develop growth mindsets?

Since January, we have been busy engaging with partners across Scotland on our growth mindset project.

Our key objective has been to find those interested local authorities that are keen to work with us to roll out growth mindset across schools and communities.

Many of you will have attended our CPD sessions delivered by Nick Quail in Glasgow, Stirling and Clackmannanshire, Dundee and Angus. We have another session planned for West Dunbartonshire and an â€˜openâ€™ session which will be held in Stirling in September, details will be provided closer to the date.

We now have mindset partnerships in place with Stirling, Clackmannanshire and Dundee, where we are working with these local authorities on projects to develop growth mindsets across schools and communities.

A number of schools have also already committed to including growth mindset into their school improvement plans.
