The Leadership Academy is an executive education program for female law firm partners and in-house attorneys who are rising stars in their organizations. The program helps cultivate leadership skills and enables participants to increase their visibility and value to their organizations by leveraging their talents and abilities more strategically.
Reserve your space now! The Leadership Academy is limited to a small group of women law firm partners and, for one full day of the program, senior women in-house counsel. The small size of the class ensures an intimate learning environment and the chance to interact closely with a distinguished faculty comprised of law firm leaders, law and business school professors, and general counsel.

Attorneys who participate in the Leadership Academy may be eligible for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit. UC Hastings College of the Law is a State Bar of California approved CLE provider. We’ll be offering CA CLE credit for this event, and a uniform certificate of attendance will also be issued for non-California attorneys.
