The Prep Course: Your First Stop To Becoming A Member



The next Prep Course starts Monday, April 20th and will run for 8 classes over 3 weeks. These classes are geared toward high quality instruction of typical CrossFit movements that you will see in our regular classes. Plus you'll meet some awesome people, too!

FREE Saturday Intro to CrossFit

Looking to try us out? On the first and third Saturdays of every month we will be holding a FREE Intro to CrossFit class at 11am. This will occur after the 10am members class. You can also set up a 1-on-1 intro with us if you are unable to attend this class. 


Referral Discount and Returning Members

Know someone who wants to try CrossFit or EDCF? You can receive 50% off for one month if you refer a new member and they buy a membership. Limit to one per month.

Are you a former EDCF member who needs to get back at it? All returning members will receive a 50% discount on their first month back.
