WHAT'S NEW

Increasing Use of Agency Staff by Hospitals

More and more hospitals are changing their staffing models and integrating the use of their staffing agency partners into their care model. A primary reason is that this gives the hospitals staffing flexibility as their patient levels change. It also allows them flexibility in being able to tailor the right mix of skills for what their patient load requires. That is, they can choose between RNs, RPNs and PSWs depending on their patient mix at any given time.

As a Healthcare Provider, the employment opportunities at Carecor for you have never been greater.
