Ayurvedic Remedies for Optimizing Health

Join Allison Morse, owner of The Ayurvedic Center of Vermont, as she shares some of the most important daily rituals of Ayurveda that act as preventative medicine, but also provide relief of chronic issues over time.

We will begin with a brief introduction to Ayurvedic medicine and then discuss: simple herbal formulas, self massage, making kitchari (a traditional healing meal), sinus cleansing remedies, mindful eating, foundations in Ayurvedic nutrition and gentle cleansing techniques.

Allison will be sharing her top remedies to living optimally through Ayurveda. A great class for those beginning their Ayurvedic path, or for those wanting to enhance the routines they are currently practicing.
