Just added! This is the first High Desert Horse Expo in beautiful Redmond, OR and we are going to be there.

The Back to Basics Video Series
Did you see the Equine Basics Videos Series we put together for you? It is FREE and for you to use over and over again. Well, we didn't stop there and are in the process of completing our Back To Basics Videos Series as well.
We are very excited and busy putting together a series of videos to help you meet (and perhaps exceed) your expectations when you purchased your AAH Light®. This is the second series and will be complete in the near future. We just want you to be successful and understand you are also busy so now you will be able to learn from the comforts of your own home.
Our Back to Basics video will explain how to use and maintain your AAH Light® as well as offer helpful tips on the use of the different colors. Some of the most commonly asked questions will be addressed and we will explain how to find even more resources if you need them.

How long do I leave the AAH Light on each point? Ginny T.
The AAH Light is safe to use for any period of time, however, longer is not always better or even necessary. The desired outcome will determine the setting and length of time you leave the AAH Light on one point. The lower setting (100mW) is intended to be used to stimulate the acupoints, which are right below the skin surface and require only 10-15 seconds each. The highest setting (500 mW) is intended to drive faster and a little deeper into tissue but due to the higher strength, it still only needs to be held in one spot for about 10-15 seconds. However, if wanting to use the lower setting to get into tissue, it will take a little longer- so leave it on a point for 20+ seconds if desired. Just remember, that whatever points you are stimulating, be sure to address the same point on both sides of the body.
We always – ALWAYS – use the low setting when stimulating acupoints. We then use the higher settings when we are working on a tight muscle or area of pain.
The higher settings drive the light faster into the cells and a little bit deeper which is why it is not appropriate to use them to stimulate acupoints that reside just below the surface of the skin.
