Happy Spring!

Spring is here and time to get active!

A quick reminder that after you get active: gardening, changing the tires, going for walks and getting some fresh air - we are here for all  your therapeutic needs.
Massage Therapy for those tight muscles
        Chiropractic for that sore back
Athletic Therapy for that overuse injury
        Physiotherapy for that arthritic knee
Naturopathy for that cleanse that you have been thinking about
Whatever it is that has you slowed down this spring - the staff at Apple Creek are happy to help any way they can.  Give the clinic a call 905-475-0484 to spring back into action!

Jordan and Sean of Apple Creek provided post race treatments at this great event to benefit Markham Stouffville Hospital.  A beutiful sunshine filled day saw over 300 runners cover 10 miles on the Angus Glen Golf Course.
Stef and John were providing on-site emergency care and their skills were put to good use - good news; everyone will live to run another race.
Dr. Livia will be expanding her treatment hours over the next month.  Liv is excited to add two days to her schedule increasing her availability to help her patients feel better, increase their mobility and get back into the game.
The baby bug has bit us once again!
Holly Campbell, RMT who has been with the clinic for over 10 years, has left on maternity leave as she is due in early May.  We wish her and her husband Steve well as they welcome the newest bundle of joy to their family.
Sarah Rabinovitch, who had her first baby in September last year is due to return to the clinic in the summer.  Look for details to follow.
