6th Annual Tom Rosenquist Legacy Golf Tournament Birdied
The past Saturday, April 18, marked the 6th annual Tom Rosenquist Legacy Golf Tournament. It was a sold out fundraiser, with a myriad of foursome's teeing up and having fun! A big mahalo to all who came to play and support the students at Maui Prep and an even bigger mahalo to all the amazing volunteers, particularly Tournament Chairs, Chuck Bergson and Charles Head and Tournament Director, Kim Zeigler.
It is Time to Appreciate our Teachers (and Faculty)
Next week, starting Tuesday, April 28, is Teacher Appreciation Week hosted by the PTSO. It is a time to pause and acknowledge all the time and effort our teachers (and faculty!) put into the students at Maui Prep. Each day students are asked to bring in a small token of thanks: Tuesday - a flower, Wednesday - a sweet (or healthy) treat, Thursday - a card and Friday - a group or individual gift. Remember Middle and Upper School parents; this isn't just for the Lower School teachers! This is just a small way to extend our gratitude to our amazing faculty.
