New Products

We certainly are glad that spring is here and in full swing.  We took this winter to look for ways to better serve you, our loyal customers.  I know many of you are saddened by the lack of available beef (next available late May), we are working to expand our herd and are on the search to find a collaborating producer to assist us with providing calves for us to finish.  This is not something in which we are taking lightheartedly.  We could certainly go to the stockyard and buy animals to slaughter to cash in on this demand, but it has always been at the core of our farm to produce and sell exactly what we advertise.  Too often products are sold with "coined" phases that you used to trust, but the products just are not so.  Committed to our core principles, and to you our customers we are working hard to find ways to meet both the demand and production standards.  We will keep you updated as things progress.  It takes 3 years to increase production, from the time of conception to the time it meets your plate.  As always thank you for your support and understanding.
The good news: This year we are adding organic vegetables to our list of products available in our farm store.  We are growing the usual staple crops: cucumbers, squash, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, carrots, watermelon, cantaloupe, broccoli, and non-GMO SWEET CORN with two varieties will be available in early June, through the season.  Also this fall we hope for a good crop to have POPCORN available (not popped).  Packaged for you to take home and enjoy, heirloom varieties full of flavor and nutrition.

Price Changes

Lastly - We have updated our pricing  for our products.  Our butcher has increase their prices, which unfortunately we have had to increase prices on some of our beef & pork products.  We did not increase on all of our products, just the few we needed to in order to recoup the increase costs from the butcher.  On our chicken we were able to reduce pricing after evaluating our cost of production and found we could pass along some saving to you.

Thanks for your continued support.
