Wiresawing Damaged Concrete Dock

No debris could be allowed to fall into water

ATI crews use wiresawing technology to cut and remove several 22-ton concrete beams from a dock that had been damaged by a cargo ship. The Port of Houston project was challenging in that no concrete debris could be allowed to fall into the water, and the parts of the dock were unstable. Paintball Team Building!

The ATI team had a great time at the company outing at TXR Paintball in Cypress, Texas. The rain held off long enough for the team to really enjoy a great team building exercise. They are making plans to go again in the next few months. A few more pictures are on the web site.  
 

ABC Golf Sponsor

Aggregate team members were on hand with the grill feeding golfers at the ABC Spring Golf Tournament on March 30, 2015. Held at Kingwood Country Club, participants enjoyed pre-tournament putting and drive contests, food and drink stations throughout the courses, and an awards dinner at the end.

Brokk Robotic Demolition

The ATI team used Brokk robotic hammers to remove a 15′x42′ concrete slab and a 16″x15″ concrete skirt. Only electric Brokk robotic hammers were used in order to avoid indoor exhaust emissions. Read more about this project...
