In the past a few clients have expressed a desire for lower cost high cash flow properties. We looked into some options but never found any viable properties. Recently, a client (thank you BJ!!!) asked whether low-cost condos could generate a high cash flow. In order to answer his question, we developed software which allowed us to analyze all the sub $100,000 condos and discovered several that met this criteria. Here is a link to this new category of properties. The software is still in development so please read the notes below the table and let us know if you find any problems. We will include these high cash flow properties in the future newsletters.
