Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Workshops
Australia is a colourful, vibrant and culturally diverse nation welcoming many new groups to our expanding population.
Swimming and water safety education is a vital part of the Australian landscape.
There are many rewards and challenges in providing this education for members of our CALD communities.
This workshop series, a joint development ‘black spot’ water safety project with the NSW government, is designed to assist AUSTSWIM teachers in presenting appropriate quality learning where knowledge, skill and understanding of Australian waterways is a major learning outcome.
NSW Workshop Dates Below:
Contact the NSW Business centre for further information 02 9894 2077 or email nsw@austswim.com.au

Teachers, Managers and Coordinators will have the opportunity to attend the CALD Workshop Series in other states later on in the year.  We’ll keep you informed.
