World News

In its latest attempt to restrict civil society, a new Uganda bill will require groups to register - and would refuse approval to LGBT groups.

LGBT advocates are criticizing the World Bank for supporting governments and programs that oppose LGBT rights.

Malawi passed a law that protects women and children - raising the minimum marriage age to 18 - but restricts marriage to opposite sex couples and also specifies that sex is "determined at birth."

The US National Park Service is celebrating it's centennial anniversary in August, with a Centennial Campaign that includes LGBT outreach as well as a plan to register historic LGBT locations.
