Some preschoolers were helping think of P words in the kids area the other day. They looked out at the workout going on and one said, "Oh look! The PEOPLE are PLAYING!"

Samantha Swanson
My husband, Coach Matt and I joined CrossFit GP almost three years ago, but with marriage and a baby I decided to take a break and focus on being a mommy. Over the years, I have acquired over five years of experience working in child development centers as well as raising our sweet little Felicity Lou. I'm a full time mommy and a part time waitress down at Circle J Cafe. I'm so excited for this opportunity to jump back into the CrossFit community and can't wait to meet everyone and their sweet kiddos!

Jessica Moody
The most important thing to me is family. I'm a wife and mom of 2. I love traveling and exploring new places. My favorite animals are horses and my dream is to own my own again. My hobbies include anything fun! I love skiing and rafting, I'm also slightly obsessed with crossfit. :)
I've been a nicu nurse for 6 years and caring for babies and kids is my passion. I moved to grants pass a year and a half ago and have enjoyed all the fun and friends it has to offer.
