Update & Events

Hello TCD Members,

Our riding season got off to a good start in April with a large group of riders heading out Joe's Gizzard City in Potterville after the BMWMCSEM breakfast. Below is a great selection of rides for the month of May.

Upcoming May Events Schedule:
(Includes 1st weekend in June - See forum for details)

May 3rd: Suzi's All Club Ride & Swap Meet
May 9th: BMW MC of Detroit Open House

The May 2nd Saturday ride (tomorrow) is going to be a real treat. Paul O. is going to lead a group of adventure/dual sport riders on an all day, winding road ride. It leaves the dealership between 9-9:30am. Check the forum for more details.

Later in the month our Dual Sport Chairman, Dave Allgood is going to lead another group of dirt riders on a real adventure ride through southern Indiana. This is a great ride through the rolling hills and forests of southern Indiana. The ride will start at Martinsville IN, SW of Indianapolis, then proceed south to the Ohio river on day 1 and return on day 2. Again, check the forum for more details.

For those not up for an out of state ride, that same weekend is the Williamston ride on Sunday May 17th. Depart following the Pinckney breakfast at 9:45 AM on a fine back roads ride to the lovely home and gardens of Ruth Zimmerman, just west of Williamston, MI. Maybe some camping equipment and techniques demo, maybe not - but certainly a fine back roads ride, campfire, cookout and good company.

April 25th - a small group of three riders ventured to the Maumee Sate Forest APV dirt ride. It was a gloomy overcast day and we still managed to have great time!
