APPETIZER FEATURE — SMOKED TROUT AND GOAT CHEESE TARTLETS      
House-smoked trout, shiitake mushrooms and goat cheese blended with fresh chopped herbs and seasonings. Baked in phyllo tart shells and drizzled with a sherry-white balsamic reduction. $10
 
SANDWICH FEATURE —  SPICY SHRIMP TACOS WITH GARLIC, CILANTRO AND LIME SLAW
Two crisp taco shells filled with southwest-style seasoned shrimp, guacamole and a fresh cabbage slaw with cilantro, garlic and lime, then topped with cheddar-jack cheese. Accompanied by beer-battered fries. $12
 
PIZZA FEATURE — PROSCIUTTO PIZZA WITH CARAMELIZED ONION & ROASTED TOMATO
Peppered pizza dough topped with a layer of caramelized onion, shaved prosciutto and fresh basil. Topped with roasted tomatoes, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. $12
 
ENTREE FEATURE 1 — SEAFOOD CIOPPINO
A seafood stew popularized by Italian immigrants to San Francisco. An assortment of fish and shellfish, including shrimp, clams and mussels, in a saffron tomato broth with fresh chopped parsley and oregano. Served with our house-made baguette. $18
 
ENTREE FEATURE 2 — GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST WITH HONEY-ALMOND GOAT CHEESE AND PANCETTA
Char-grilled chicken breast topped with grilled, house-smoked local pancetta and melted honey-almond goat cheese. Served with mashed sweet potatoes and fresh    vegetables.  $15

Brewery Update

Spring is officially here - Maibock is now on tap! Maibock is now available in 22 oz. bottles.

Maibock is an amber-colored spring bock, with a nice malty character and a good hop flavor. This big lager will welcome the warmer weather! ABV 6.4%
The classic Hefeweizen is a south German style wheat ale. This beer is served traditionally cloudy due to the suspended yeast (hefe=yeast). Strong spicy clove flavors and light banana esters are characteristics of this unique beer. ABV 4.5%

New on the Beer Engine: PA-PA A new Pennsylvania Pale Ale, brewed entirely with Pennsylvania-grown and malted barley from Deer Creek Malthouse Chester County, and hopped with Summit hops.  ABV 5.1%

New in our Cork & Cage Series: PICEA
Three varieties of evergreen, courtesy of Tait Farm, highlight this Cork and Cage release. Just the tips of Southwest White Pine, Norway Spruce, and Douglas Fir were blended with Meyer lemons, vanilla beans and honey into an ale base consisting of 90% Slab Cabin and 10% Double D. The resulting ale has a thick and creamy head, vanilla and hops on the nose, citrusy pine on the palate, and finishes smooth with a hint of vanilla.
Original Plato: 16.5 ABV: 7.1% 750 ml - In-restaurant consumption only, not available for takeout.

Finally, PLEASE RETURN EMPTY KEGS! We need the kegs and you could find a fun use for the deposit money!
