What Does Cleavage Have to Do With Hong Kong Electoral Policy?


In Mainland China, when viewers watch a popular TV period drama they do not see the female actresses’ cleavage. Censors have cropped the picture so viewers see the little below the neck. Although there is no law in Hong Kong banning cleavage on television, the local broadcaster, taking a cue from the Mainland, implemented the same solution to the "problem."
