Strategic Planning evening

Blue Sky input time!

On this link is a summary of the Blue Sky view of FBYC and the associated constraints (straight off Zoe's whiteboard notes). The next step is to choose initiatives that are worth pursuing and will help us create the club we all strive to be. Paddy will be in touch with those who volunteered on the night to organize a suitable date to meet up and review.

In the meantime, please add your comments by clicking this link so that they may be included in the review discussions.

WoW report from last Saturday

No wind on Sunday but Saturday proved a good day for our last WoW coaching session with Team Balfour in the 49erFX and Amanda and Louise in the Topaz and Laser. Thanks to Murray and Fergus for coaching, to Hamish for the 49er session and to Amanda for the cupcakes. Sarah and Ngaio pictured below crewing for Hamish and getting to grips with the kite and trapezing. Sailing the FX like naturals they got through their session without a capsize.
