8. Public Information Period
a. Please provide clarity on my recent utility bill. When will the monthly billing begin? Ms. Talibah Majeed has been contacted by our Utility Billing Manager to clarify her personal utility account. The payment made on April 14 covered the usage from December to January. This bill was was mailed out March 9, 2015 and was due April 6, 2015. The new bill of $79.76 is for February to March. Ms. Majeed first bill for 30 day usage will be received in May, and will continue to be monthly.

a. Consideration of the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Community Development Block Grant Budget Approved

b. Consideration of the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Special Fund Budget Approved

c. Consideration of the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Dogwood Trace and Petersburg Generals Budget 
Approved

d. Consideration of the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Petersburg Area Transit Budget Approved

e. Consideration of the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Utility Fund Budget Approved

f. Consideration of the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Petersburg Public School Division Budget Approved
