KidZRocK-n-the-Rand

(Just in case you missed the info last week!)
Tomorrow, Wednesday, May 6, families are invited to join us at the Rand Park Pavilion as we close out another great year of KidZRocK. Here are a few things you should know:
  1. Meet at the Pavilion at 6pm
  2. Do not come to the church (unless the weather is bad!)
  3. Bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on
  4. The praise band will be providing our music live!
  5. We will be honoring the 6th graders as they move up to Jr Hi
  6. HiSKidZ who memorized Psalm 23 will receive their award
  7. The jr hi will be joining us
  8. We will finish at our regular time of 7:15
  9. Parents are encouraged and invited to come, but children can come if their parents cannot attend.
  10. Invite a friend to come see what KidZRocK is all about!

Remember:
Every child who memorizes Psalm 23 between now and May 9 will receive a "brag tag" to help them remember and celebrate their accomplishment!

When your child has memorized the verses, just snap a quick video on your phone and send it to me by phone or email.

HiSKidZ Bible Challenge
Bring your Bible to church and earn $1
to be sent to IDES for Nepal Earthquake Relief Efforts.





This month's Bible Challenge money is being sent to IDES. 
IDES--International Disaster Emergency Systems is a Christian disaster relief organization. 100% of monies sent this month will go to relief efforts in Nepal.

So have your child be sure to bring their Bible and help someone in need while learning God's Word.

It's time to Sign Up for Camp




It is time to sign up for church camp at LaMoine!

LCC is located just outside of Carthage, IL. and offers a fabulous opportunity for HiSKidZ to have a blast while growing to find and follow Jesus forever.

Discounted rates apply for all who register before May 20. You can register through the church until Sunday, May 17.

Scholarship assistance is available. NTCC will pay 1/2 of the discounted rate for families in need. Simply see Ms Dawn for details.

Ms Dawn will be helping with several sessions like the girls camp in June and Overnighters II in July. 

Camp registration forms are available online at LaMoine Christian Camp website or at the church beginning today.

Super Summer Bible Challenge! 
 


HiSKidZ can pick up a Super Summer Bible Challenge Sheet today.

Simply have your child memorize and recite the verses to you and sign the blanks to verify that that they have completed each step of the challenge.


If your child completes 12 or more of the following verses, they will earn a 2 hour fun day with me, Ms Dawn. 

When your child has completed each of the verses in the challenge, turn the paper into me or at the office if I'm not around.

Vacation Bible School
July 26-30

 
Brick by Brick, VBS 2015, is scheduled this year for the last week of July. 

We will be learning about building our lives on Christ and how each of us is like a building block in God's perfect plan.  

HiSKidZ entering 1-6th grade can attend eachevening, while preschool aged children and those entering kindergarten in the fall will have their own special VBS each morning from 10-noon.

Mark your calendar, Save the Date and Tell Your Friends about Brick by Brick, HiSKidZ VBS at NTCC.
