Welcome to Raleigh Area Masters Swimming (RAM)
As part of our program, we send weekly emails to communicate our practice schedules. We also send important updates to the schedule as well as event notices. For example pool changes, inclement weather, meet schedules, and other important information.
RAM also has a website with the current swim schedule which is updated each week http://www.swimram.org.
