A note from us....
Change is as good as a holiday.
Things are a bit different at CurativeHQ to what they were a month ago; we've gained a team member, lost a team member, and we've all learned a little bit more.
While Aria insisted she wasn't really leaving us - rather taking a very long holiday - the rest of us are adapting to the changes in the studio.
Luckily change is something that we've learned to be comfortable with. We're in a constant state of evolution, as we learn and grow each day. Change challenges our thinking, and helps us see new possibilities and opportunities.
Maybe Einstein says it best:
“The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.â€
So this edition of The Curio celebrates embracing change of all forms.

This month Curative had the benefit of hanging out with renouned change maker Jeff Jordan of RescueSCG.
At the well-attended workshop we co-hosted, Jeff walked us all through some of his best tools for creating behaviour change.
Check out some of the interesting things we learnt from Jeff Jordan.

And we're doing it too!
We've been working on a behaviour change project with Victoria University aimed at making wellbeing a priority for all people on campus.
This also happens to be a project that Aria started work on several months ago, which is now being picked up by Jess. The circle of life.

So change permeates all facets of Curative's existence; from the things we think about, to the work we do, to the very structure of our organisation.
We embrace change with open arms; it's the only thing that ever made the world a better place.
Have a great month, everyone.

Meet Generation Z
A big part of Jeff Jordan's workshop was about segmentation; about breaking an audience down to not just what defines them, but by what values they share. A great primer on understanding audience values is this article by Fast Co.Exist which unlocks some of the defining values of the mysterious Generation Z.

How Fast Change Occurs
We love the way that Bloomberg treats data journalism; they manage to display interesting, important information in beautiful, useful, and easily understandable ways. Their latest set of infographics show the rates at which attitudinal change takes place in the USA. Have a look at some fascinating data, expertly displayed.

The Big Impact of Small Changes
We haven't read this yet, but we think it might be coming on holiday with us at the end of the month. Beyond Measure; The Big Impact of Small Changes is described as revealing " how organizations can make huge changes with surprisingly small steps". Why not read it too so we can talk about it next time you pop by.
