CHANGES TO ORDERING PROCESS

In the service of further developing and refining the accessibility of our micro-lot range we will now be implementing a significantly more focused approach to micro-lot specific information (farm, process, cultivar) as well as cupping notes and brew parameter recommendations. We hope that the focus on this information will benefit café and customer communications in the aim of furthering customer appreciation.

We have decided to implement a rotating calendar of micro-lots focusing on 3 per week. The micro-lots will be roasted on Monday and we will both cup and experiment with ideal brew parameters between 1pm and 4pm Monday afternoon in our weekly cupping and training sessions. You are welcome to come along and try them for yourself!

This week we will be focusing on our Kenyan Gaikundo Washed, Ethiopian Konga Keeble Natural, and Panama Mama Cata Washed.
 

In order to ensure that consistently fresh single origins are delivered with totally predictable dates, please follow the simple procedure below.

• Single Origin Order Form will be emailed to you by 5pm every Wednesday.
• Please select the Single Origins and Quantities you would like to purchase.
• Submit Order Form via email by FRIDAY 5pm AT THE LATEST !!
• Your Origins will be roasted to order on Monday & Wednesday and despatched with the rest of your order.
